STEVE'S  HOME BREWERY

After fermentation has completely finished the beer gets  transferred to the racking container. ( Plastic jerry can)
And is then cold conditioned for at least 2 weeks or sooner if my supply runs out.   Left beer over is bottled and kept inside the house for two weeks or so to carbonate at about 24c then under the house or in the fridge it goes.

This is what it's all about, nice cold homebrewed all grain beer.

This is also why I make my own beer and set up a bar, good friends, relatives, next door neighbours and the dog.
