I noticed there were no posts here, and I wonder why?

For the Dummies like me, what is an Adjunct?
Currently on Tap - Coopers Draught Experiment with Recultures S23, Beermakers Old, with Crystal
In Production - Black Rock Pilsner Blonde, Heritage Lager + 1.5 Malt

Hey Guys,
Gald i found this part of the excellent forum we have here. :D What do you guys reckon about adding vanila esscence to a chocolate porter? And if yes how much would you put in? Any ideas would be great.
To you its a six pack, to me its a support group!

Unrelated...how did the Midland ale turn out?

It took a while to settle down, as the Crystal grain came out very strongly. After 4-5 weeks in the keg, it is now fairly mellow.

One I am enjoying is:-
    Morgans Australian Old
    Morgans Dark Crystal Malt
    300g Dextrose
    200g Maltodextrin
    12g Willamette (or 12g Fuggles).
